The latest? Rapper 50 Cent is going to court in June after he put footage of a rival rapper’s ex having sex on YouTube, according to the New York Daily News.
50, real name: Curtis Jackson, 39 is slated to testify in court for putting a video of Lastonia Leviston, who has a child with rapper Rick Ross, on his YouTube channel. The video got more than 3.2 million viewers. In 2010, Leviston sued Jackson for emotional distress, after he posted a video of her having sex with a former boyfriend, Maurice Murray. Apparently Murray gave Jackson the tape.

Father of Fantasia’s Daughter Files for Custody [REPORT]

The father of Fantasia’s 13-year-old daughter Zion is suddenly going after custody of the child, according to Rumor Fix.
The website says it has been provided “an official statement” via Fantasia’s rep indicating that she, “is currently involved in a child custody, visitation, and child support legal proceeding filed in Mecklenburg, North Carolina.”
The baby daddy, Brandel J. Shouse, “has very little personal contact with Zion and has provided no financial support for her,” the rep stated, according to the website.
“Fantasia is confident that legal process will move forward smoothly and that the Court will make a decision that is in the best interest of Zion.”
The case will not be heard until 2015.

Wiz Reportedly Moved Out And Left Amber Weeks Before She Filed For Divorce
Oop! Wow!
Well now this is an interesting development! According to TMZ, Wiz Khalifa left Amber Rose weeks before she filed for divorce!
Wiz allegedly said it’s simple,
“I just didn’t want to be married to her anymore.”
TMZ reports that Wiz moved out and got his own place, and the day before Amber filed, she went to his house at 2 AM and found him with another woman at which point she commenced to losing her shiz.
So, as far as Wiz is concerned … he wasn’t cheating.
He allegedly told friends that he made it clear to her weeks earlier that the marriage was over.
What’s odd though was that even though Wiz moved out weeks before … he listed the legal date of separation on his divorce response as Sept. 22nd which was last Monday.

Aww man! This one hurts! According to TMZ, Food Network married couple Pat and Gina Neely are calling it quits! The BBQ titans that became a regular part of the cooking vernacular via their Food Network show “Down Home With The Neelys” are headed to divorce court.
Gina Neely is apparently the one who filed for divorce.
According to the docs, they’ve been separated for 2 years … though you’d never be able to tell from their show … which they’ve continued to shoot all along.
Gina cites irreconcilable differences in the papers but according to a joint statement … they’re splitting on good terms, and will continue to run their NYC barbecue restaurant together. They also say they’ll be focusing on their “individual brands”.
